Occasionally our patients travel from out of town to have procedures performed. If you are travelling more than 3 hours, and depending upon the length of the procedure, we will need to make special arrangements for you to stay overnight.
If this is the case, our patient coordinator will discuss your needs and help you select a hotel.
Dr. Akin typically makes a house call to check a patient before their departure the next day.
