Because we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, payment is due at the time services are rendered. Although we may not be providers on any insurance plans, most plans pay out of network providers requiring no out of pocket expense. Please remember, though, you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.

We offer payment plans through Care Credit®. This company offers credit for healthcare expenses and has a no-interest option. Our staff would be happy to assist you in applying for Care Credit.
